Such a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive making my first spa experience one to remember.

Everyone at Palo Verde Spa made my birthday so special. From the moment I walked in til I left that evening, everything was perfect. My facial with Carrie was amazing and I had a fantastic Desert Ritual service with Johnny. Being able to create my own body butter for the service was so much fun! Both of the girls working at the front were phenomenal as well. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!
It was fine. Not spectacular. I had a very mediocre kale salad with uncooked diced squash pieces, bland dressing way overpriced and didn’t say organic so I suspect was not. The name of the facial is oxy geneo but didn’t use oxygen. Skin does look improved. The steam and sauna were not operating. I should have been informed when I booked. The pool water was a bit too cold. I was expecting more overall beauty of outside environment. Because I looked for a resort to booked to be in natural beauty to reset.

Lisa was so great! She listened to all my needs and her touch was excellent. Also very sweet and compassionate.
We really had excellent service with the person that did my wife’s facial and my massages. Top quality and we were impressed . Only issue we had was that when you pay for a spa experience and travel 1800 miles to a top level resort your expectations are that the amenities should all work. We were quite disappointed that the steam rooms did not work in either side the me s or women’s. The hot tub also did not work on the men’s side as the jets did not work.
