Wonderful gentle massage in serene environment
Great! No complaints would go back for sure!
I would definitely have enjoyed My first massage experience here if I didn't feel obligated to converse during My massage. I really just wanted to relax and enjoy getting away from the world, but instead it found its way into My zen space for the first half of the massage. Also, the salt stones were not as warm as they usually are in all of My previous massages I've had at other Hyatt spas because they were left sitting out during the massaging, so I don't feel like I got the most out of the hot stone experience.

This was my first experience at a spa and it was absolutely magical! Both my technicians, Lara and Maya were phenomenal and very professional. I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone I know.
My therapist accomplished more in 30 minutes than my past experiences other places have accomplished in 60 minutes and I have had some really good therapists in the past! Caring, attentive, effective, and pleasant!
