Had the hot stone massage. It was the best massage I've ever had.
The massages were great. The atmosphere in my opinion was very underwhelming. Light in massage rooms, no extra spa “scents”, we were not excited to use the spa amenities for the day.
Service was incredible and the spa/amenities were amazing

We had an incredible time at the Andaz. It was a girls trip, so we hung by the pool, had spa services, went shopping, and ate amazing food at the restaurant. The place was so clean and safe! The staff was amazing! We were treated so well, we can't wait to go back!!!
Beautiful spa, great massage, great customer service and lovely amenities. Would suggest having a blow dryer in locker room !
The massage therapists for my wife and I both did a very nice job. There was a lack of attention to detail in the facility. For example, hand towels dispensers were empty and spray in the sauna was also empty. My locker also had a very small ladies robe and not a men’s robe because non were available.
Amazing. I had such a great time.
Wonderful experience. Wife and I didn't necessarily like having to bring our own shower shoes/slippers. We were given reason being COVID, but as public health official, that explanation didn't really make sense.
