My daughter and I came to Andaz for a girls weekend a couple days after the spa re-opened. The experience was nothing short of amazing!! We felt safe and well cared for- all areas In the spa were immaculate! I had the salt hot rock massage- 90 min. It was wonderful!! My Daughter Loved the the 90 min signature Massage. The spa pool was a delightful, relaxing change of pace from the busy main Turquoise pool. Food and drink service were much appreciated!! 5 stars all around! Really a lovely experience!!
Wonderful spa - from the front desk to everyone person that works there. Courtney did an amazing pedicure. Patty did a lovely facial, my skin is still glowing. Johnny gave the best massage of my life - 90 minutes of pure bliss. I used to see Kristen for massages when she worked there but Johnny was just as good, if not better. I have traveled all over and I believe that Palo Verde Spa has the best massages.
Amenities were clean, very well maintained. I took my sister for a spa day, and she LOVED it! She said Dani (sp) was wonderful and very knowledgeable! We will be back :)

The staff was very professional and pleasant. The only complaint I have was the pool in the spa area was very cold. We couldn't enjoy it and the wait time for beverages.
The experience with our technicians was amazing, my friend and independently had an amazing experience. The facility is lovely and the staff is very detail oriented and accommodating to things such as getting sunscreen for you while you layout at the pool. Overall, a really relaxing zen time!
