The staff was very professional and pleasant. The only complaint I have was the pool in the spa area was very cold. We couldn't enjoy it and the wait time for beverages.
The experience with our technicians was amazing, my friend and independently had an amazing experience. The facility is lovely and the staff is very detail oriented and accommodating to things such as getting sunscreen for you while you layout at the pool. Overall, a really relaxing zen time!

The treatment itself was great, but the facility was not as great. The steam room was so hot I couldn't stay in there even 30 seconds. And considering how quiet the heaters were in the hotel rooms, I was surprised that there was quite a bit of noise from them both in the womens lounge and in the relaxation room. Also, the robes and shoes were worn and thin. Not a good thing to wear in mixed company when you are waiting for a massage.
