OK so I am a chicken. I do not like going to the dentist. Dr Butterfield and her staff have changed my opinion. They are all so friendly, and easy to get along with. I feel like we are all in very capable hands. Thank you to the entire team.
The staff is great and I always look forward to my twice a year visits. My favorite is Pippa she is a sweetie.
Although the dentist is not my favorite place to go, I always enjoy the staff at Dr. Butterfield's. They are friendly and efficient. I always know that I am getting the best treatment and the best advice about my dental needs.
Amazing service - the people / staff are very nice. I'm a definitely staying with them for a long time. The place is clean and even my 4 year old loves going to the dentist.
Dr Butterfield and Melissa are both excellent! Melissa made sure to explain everything to my 8 year old daughter in a way she would understand. When Lillie got a little scared Dr.Butterfield was right there to help her realize it was nothing to be scared about and no pain involved. The office staff was welcoming and on top of everything. Love this office. Will recommend it to everyone. Lillie was happy and loves her new butterfly toothbrush. Thank you all very much.
Recently I've had quite a bit of dental work from my dentist Pam Butterfield, D.D.S. My experience here has been very comfortable and professional. Dr. Pam has referred me to a surgeon who did a great job also. Dr. Pam's community ties and her business in Kent offers the best dental treatment available in our area.
The whole office has a great atmosphere and everyone always seems in a good mood. I do not dread going to the dentist anymore.
You only get one set for life so take very good care of teeth and gums. The staff working with Dr. Butterfield are first class professionals and will give you the best care known to man. I have used five dentists in my 72 years and this office is the most thorough and best I have ever been associated with. Gary McFadden
