Its probably the timing of everything...it was a very stressful process to try to find every document and send to you. I spent way too much on fax capabilty because of the poor office hours available.

I would have liked my lender to be more understanding when it came time to e-sign documents. When I told her that I would like to come in and have her explain things to me, I was told I should be able to understand it and do it myself, and that if I had questions she would walk me through it on the phone. She let me come to her office and printed out the paperwork for me after I insisted again. At the office I was then asked how come my son couldn?? help me do it online at home.
