The team from front desk, Dr. Xu, and his attendant staff (LPN or RN) are all wonderful.
Front desk staff, doctor Xu and his staff are all wonderful.
Dr. Miller was so caring and understanding of my symptoms. I felt vaildated and understood. Action plan is already underway and seeing benefits.
Dr. Miller was so great. We have an action plan and I feel relieved. From schedule,to check in, to actual visit was seamless. Very kind and courteous staff. Love the newer KOP location.

I requested a live American Sign Language interpreter. During a virtual with an interpreter, the doctor sat in front of the virtual while I stood. She should have let me stand in front of the interpreter. The doctor can hear from the virtual laptop. She also asked me a question about my employment. What does it have to do with GYN?! She is ignorant. I think she has never met a deaf woman before. The doctor said she will be right back. I waited in the exam room.
