Very nice and friendly people. No problem with the appoinment time, you said 3 pm and it was 3pm when the vet saw my big girl. He was very nice and gentle with my chocolate lab. testing was quick and having him talk to me about her health was important and informative. Thank you Paradise Animal Hospital.
I've used this Vet for years. All my dogs are dear to me and they treat them with the dame compassion. Love this place.
My wife and I recently had our first visit with Paradise. Needless to say it went very well. The vet handled our young pup extremely well, and he was very informative and professional. By the end of the visit, she would wag her tail and be so happy to see him. We will definitely be bringing her back as well as our other dog. It's nice to know we have a vet that we feel safe bringing our pups to.
My wife and I recently had our first visit here and it was very pleasant. I was going to leave a good review anyways, but the $10 discount for doing so is just a plus. The vet was very thorough and informative. He handled our pup perfectly, she actually loved him by the end of the visit! We plan to take our other dog soon, and we will be using this vet every time from here on out. Affordable...
As always, Paradise Animal Hospital had showed exceptional service. I took my pet, Max, into the hospital and we were seen right away. Max's glucose had bottomed out and I was scared for him. Dr. Knittel showed so much compassion; his actions were so comforting! He kept a watchful eye on Max throughout the day and personally called me with updates!!! Even though max is not 'out of the woods'...
The staff are super friendly and helpful and we had a pleasant experience with the vet as well. He was gentle with my dog and willing to listen to me ramble about what I thought the issue might be. Luckily for me, he agreed (after doing some checking under the microscope) and we got a treatment solution. My ONLY surprise was the bill - but I was just not expecting it. It wasn't...

Outstanding Service
I was very pleased that the hospital took us in on such short notice even though it was close to closing time. We felt comfortable and valued as patients and will be back to visit again when the time arrives.
