I love paradise pet resort! My dog is always so happy to see the staff and of course excited to play with all the other dogs! They take very good care of my dog Ace. He’s been going to Paradise Pet Resort for almost 4.5 years now. I wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else!! I love the staff:)
I’ve only had two appointments for my dog at the Rona Park location. The first appointment went well, although The front shop does consistently smell like urine. The pricing and timing was good for me this time however I had pre-booked an appointment six weeks in advance, but when I showed up the girl looked for 10 minutes for my appointment and then informed me they didn’t have a groomer on Fridays and Saturdays. First time my pup did day care and it went well. I was so anxious that I kept watching the live cam. She has visited this place twice and staff were super friendly. I appreciate that the small and big dogs are separated. We are planning to come back and buy a daycare package!
Very friendly staff nice facility we will be putting our dogs here again. Update, we are still bringing our dogs here when we go out of town. The stuff is very friendly and helpful the dogs come out clean and happy we will continue to come
Our Puppy has been going to daycare here for two years and she loves it!! Everyone is so nice and the facility is very clean. We also have her groomed here, the groomer is just the best!
