It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We had to wait a long time for him to come out and when he came out, it was too late to plant the grass. He walked around with us which was helpful but it was our understanding he was gonna plan the yard but it was only to plan the front of the house. We wanted some ideas for the back so he did brief plans for the back. I think he's a rip off for the $99 that we paid. We had to wait a long time to receive the plans, too. Jason Birch and team are amazing, as usual! This is the second time we've used them for landscaping and each time they've been awesome. This was a pretty big job, we needed about 3 dozen plants, 7 beds and a dry riverbed installed or corrected. After the planning was completed we just had to wait for a "dry" day. They completed all work in about 3 days and did an AMAZING job.

Excellent work!! Jason Birchis very professional in his approach and interactions within his clients. He was there overseeing the work to get it kicked off and to periodically check up on his crew. He was there a year later when I called him with some shrubs in phase 1 that didn't take and had no issues honoring the year warranty on them. I decided to contact Paragon after reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List and I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely pleased with the work, professionalism, and attention to detail of Jason and his team and I heartily recommend them. I'll be adding additional flower beds and hardscape in the future, and will definitely use Paragon for those jobs.

Being new to home ownership with little knowledge of irrigation systems, we naturally had tons of questions. Jonathan was very patient and responded to our many questions in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about these people. They arrived on time, performed their work with no damage to existing landscape and left the work area neat and clean each day they were here. The walk, patio and pergola they installed are just what I wanted and have greatly enhanced the appearance of our yard.
