From initial contact they were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They were bidding against four other companies and best met my vision for design and plants. Furthermore, the pricing was very fair - you get what you pay for! They actually do what they say they are going to do. The project from start to finish took a total of three days. "Thank you very much for your positive comments. We do stand behind our warranty for plant replacement if the client has an irrigation system in place that can automatically water the plant material. While the customer had an irrigation system in place, the summer heat was too much for a few of the plants so they were replaced under our warranty and I am happy to report that the property was looking fantastic during the last visit.
