Installer was the best! His attention to detail, knowledge of the task on hand and pride in detail was outstanding, The estimating process was however somewhat questionable! Estimate was given and accepted during the first visit. Approximately two weeks I was called by the salesman telling me the estimate was incorrect short by $ 1,500.00and he would have to make it up or it would be deducted from his pay..
