Dr. Katzap possesses a kind of calm that is the next level of calm. Some tooth issues can be subtle and not so easy to diagnose but Dr. Katzap clips on the 4x magnifying glass and has the pain tracked to its source in minutes. Many thanks for the help, the no wait time, the caring and the calm. The warm support from the staff is also much appreciated.
Dr Katzap is keenly insightful in establishing the right course of action for a needed treatment and his friendly way of explaining this calms one down and makes the dental chair time a lot easier to handle. This has been my experience and I'm thankful.

A crown popped out that Dr.nKatzap had put in 4 years ago. The morning after it happened I called Dr. Katzap first thing. He told me to come in. I did. He took all the necessary steps to reglue that crown. And I heard him showing a dental student how to accomplish it. And also told her that 4 yers go they did not have this new glue that forms a chemical as well as physical bond with the tooth, making it unlikely that this crown will be popping out ever again.
