Paramount replaced our roof in a timely manner. They were very professional with helping to file our insurance claim and did an excellent job. The minor issues we encountered were addressed within a reasonable time. My wife's car was trapped in the garage and the crew were quick to remove the protective tarp and old shingle debris from the driveway so she could get out. Worked with Paramount Roofing for both a new roof and new gutters (plus gutter guard). They made the whole process painless and worry-free. Walked me through the entire process and they worked very efficiently and finished the roof in less than 2 days. They cleaned up great and have had no issues. Same with the gutters. They also helped me out by working directly with my insurance provider so that all was covered. Highly recommend.

Paramount was excellent to work with. Our insurance dragged their feet for months regarding our roof damage claim and Paramount helped push them into addressing the issue and even took over fighting and overturning the initial claim denial. When insurance payment finally cleared they were here in less than a week and completed the work in a single day. It looks great. Now they continue to lend a hand addressing some unrelated drainage issues I had mentioned. We are very satisfied with the service.
