They did a great job, finished in one day. The crew was friendly. The GAF roof looks great. Chase did a great job communicating with insurance co. Would recommend for any roof situation.
The finished product and work on our home and storage building looks really good. Jody was great to work with throughout the whole process. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating was because there was no one from Paramount overseeing the crew who replaced the roofs. Once the work was completed on the house, the crew left without replacing the roof on the storage building. The roof work that was quoted to take 1 day ended up taking 8, granted there were some structural issues that I had them address adding 1 day to the job. Totally unprofessional, their crew did not bring generators and used my house power for their tools, one employee even entered my house unannounced to unplug their extension cord. Trash and nails left in the yard, beer cans in my dumpster. They damaged my gutters to the point that they are useless and I now have water collecting in my crawlspace. The roof work was estimated for 2 days. One day to reconstruct your deck issues and one day to complete reroofing. We ordered your materials based on what your insurances scope of work/estimate suggested. They miscalculated the materials necessary for the reroof. We corrected this with your insurance and got the materials ordered and delivered 2 days later.
