I loved this complex! I will say if I need to move back to the area, I would choose this apt complex without a doubt. I lived there 7 years. I had a 1 bdrm apt 2nd floor. Loved the closet space. For me, the apt was a perfect size and it was homey. When I had maintence issues, they were called in quick! I will say the maintenance team is great! They seriously get it done. I seriously have no negative issues with this apt complex. Thank you for making this my home for 7 years!
Well maintained apartments for affordable rates Old, but well maintained apartments. Friendly staff, quick response, I've had minor issues late at night which were fixed within minutes. I've lived here for 2 years and will recommend to others. 1 bedrooms are great, 2 bedrooms are a little cramped.
DON’T LIVE HERE — MICE, ROACHES, WATER DAMAGE. I’ve had ongoing mice, roaches, and water damage issues in my unit that were all documented through maintenance requests and were never properly resolved. Despite reporting everything with evidence, the infestation problems and leaks kept coming back or were only temporarily patched. Nothing was ever fully fixed. management is horrible They are horrible this has to be the worst management on the planet earth they will put you in a unfinished unit and hide the things that need to be repaired don’t do it please
Worst management Irresponsible, careless and arrogant management. Infrastructure is going to dogs. Management doesn’t respond to even emergency requests. They are ripping off the tenants with unfair rentals policies. Don’t be deceived by the photos posted here. Use your money wisely
Worst Management and maintenance ever I wish there is zero in the reviews so I can give them 100 zero Manager never reply to any email or phone call, maintenance guys never fix anything, old units
Unprofessional my significant other called on 3/11 to schedule a tour of the premises. the representative that he spoken to had scheduled him for the next day at 3/12 at 12p. so when we show up, the office was closed and no one was answering. we called upper management AION about our concerns and they saw our reservation at 12. the thing is, the fact that you couldn't even schedule your time wisely shows me how the property is ran. thanks but no thanks
F- This once lovely community really sunk to an all-time low when Aion Management took over. Many older ones on fixed incomes were displaced as a result of the huge rent increase. They offered long leases to bring down the rents, but that still averaged about $400 more for many long-time residents. Just not worth it under Aion Management.
