Got a decent amount in settlement money, but then deducted almost half of it. Added unwarranted medical bills at the end. The insurance had already paid these medical bills. In the end I got 51.9% of the settlement money. They should do better than that.

I wasn't happy, for the reason that my case was to settle in court and it didnt. I'm tear apart , pain day and night. Mrs. Martínez is tear apart with a check of 18,500 dollars which doesn't cover one pain of one shoulder. These people needed to be taken to court.

Few years back I was involved in an accident and we make the mistake of calling mr. rodriguez he sold inself short. he had a very bad attitude with my family, never talked to any of us in person. I'll never recommend this guy to anyone.trato muy mal a mi familia con su gestos jamas y nunca lo recomendaria a nadie. De abogado no tiene nada.
