I was very impressed, as even though I was 20 minutes late (I hate being late and I don't practice this) I received a very understanding and warm welcome. Thanks it really brightened my day even though it was raining :-).
Wonderful experience for both my daughter and myself. I haven't seen customer service this good in such a long time. We will definitely be returning. Everyone was kind, courteous, thorough, and very patient!

This was our first visit to Dr. Spector. Taylor enjoyed her visit and the video showing her what is going to take place in her upcoming crown procedure. The video appeared to ease her anxiety. I think you ladies are all around FANTASTIC! Nice, friendly, accommodating, courteous, and most importantly MODERN. I absolutely LOVE that you allow me to chose a pandora station during my visit, that I can do everything via the website, and that you send reminders to my cell vice mailers. I also love the way you explain my dental situation and that you make recommendations based on what my insurance will cover.
