Frustrated beyond belief!!! I have had an account with Park Community for years, always extremely happy with the personnel. However I recently applied for a loan through Park Community for the first time. The process was excessively long and tedious. In the first communication via email I listed the item to be purchased with the loan as a trike motorcycle, THREE days later I was informed that the loan would be approved for “other” (“because policy is that a trike is not considered a motorcycle”) at almost double the interest... read more
