She’s the best. Ms. Vickie is the best landlord ever. Super sweet, very professional and always going above and beyond to help me when I need help. Whenever I have a problem which is hardly ever ,but when I do, she jumps on it with the quickness. Love her so much :)

Verified Renter These apartments are okay for the price. Its not noisy and I love that. Maybe a security gate that closes at night will be a benefit. But other then that. It’s great.

Verified Renter I love the fact that I decided to live here and raise my children here. It's very peaceful and clean. The management goes over and beyond for her tenants. She wonderful. The apartment is beautiful on the inside very spacious and wonderful neighbors. You can have brief friendly conversation with your neighbors without conflict of interest. I'm truly glad I chose to move here.

Park pines Very quite and peaceful and have great neighbors. Just love the environment and atmosphere that I'm in.
Verified Renter Park Pines is a decent place to live. I stay in a one bed room and it’s very spacious and quiet for the most part. If they hire decent management and maintenance it’ll be even better. Updating and upgrading is also something that could be done to making the living experience better.

Verified Renter Park Pines was a great place to live years ago. We had a friendly management staff that showed concern and got issues resolved. The past 3 or so years have not been good. I hate going to the office because it’s not welcoming. I always leave feeling like I’ve interrupted their day. The environment positive.
