Verified Renter It's a nice place to live, looks nice, people are sweet and it is right in the middle of everything you need. Lowe's, Taco Bell, Walmart, Sonic, etc.. is all right there. only thing is maintance can sometimes take awhile to fix anything and sometimes you don't receive letters when they are going to do something.
Verified Renter I love living here at park trail,it is close to most restaurants and shopping,the apartments are nice and spacious,and the maintenance personnel are great people and friendly,and office ladies are nice too,park trail is a pretty place too live.

Verified Renter Problems with garbage pick-up. Bedroom window leaking for 6 months. Been iving here 15 years, never late on rent, now being told remodels will be done this year but rent will be $400-500 increase. I'm on SSI and won't be able to pay this so 15 years means nothing to this corporation.

Not Smoke Free This page states that this property is smoke free. But when the property manager, the maintenance guys, and many of the residents all smoke...it’s not smoke free. And it permeates the walls.

Verified Renter I always go to the office and complain but sometimes things need to be done not only the front that should be clean everywhere supposed to be clean.
