they only care about money they don’t care about helping animals and they’re also prejudiced. Had the worst experience lastnight at this vet and is the very last time I take my dog there.
Great vets but very rude check in counter. I️ have spent 13,000 dollars there (receipts to prove it) in 3 years and I called this morning for an appointment and there was none. Called back just now and had a girl who clearly hated her job and sounded as miserable as she was unhelpful. My dog has thrown up yellow bile 4 times and I️ was asking for over the counter treatments before trying to come in for expensive (but when neededworth every penny) ER trip. I haven't ever been to an er vet before so I am not sure how late night/early am staff is. I arrive and am trying to keep my dog on its leash while trying to talk to the vet tech at the door. One of the girls thinks I am deaf. I am not deaf and I tell the girl "I am not deaf." I go in the room and meet with the doctor and he assesses the issue and takes my dog to do some tests and comes back shortly. I am waiting for the results.... The vet calls the cops!!
