The last time I needed help I went to your store and talked to a lady that convinced me that my problem with the remote switch were the batteries. I told her that all batteries installed were supposed to be good. she was correct. It was the batteries in the receiver. She saved me a lot of money. Thanks.
I called the office in Clinton to get information for my taxes. I spoke with Matt and he was very helpful. He gave me the information that I needed and even explained the tank rental fee. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

This year has been horrible. We have been customers for years. Bought gas logs 2 years ago even. The employees need to be trained not just say well Thank you and want to hang up because they don't have an answer but tell you there have been issues with the post office. Several other situations all have happened since December. Don't like changes but this might be the year to shop around.
