Mount Olive: Customer service from the front desk lady was beyond amazing! Could definitely she was over worked, wished they had more help to better assist the customers at this location. There was only one lady and a huge line and phone going crazy! She handled it beyond amazing, she answered all questions, so sweet and helpful, the best customer service I have experienced! And the number one reason why I want to be a Parker gas customer

I HAVE BEEN WITH PARKER MORE YEARS THAN I CAN REMEMBER I HAD MY GS TO GIVE OUT ONE VERY COLD SAT. MORNING I CALLED AND IT WANT LONG BEFORE JOHN WAS DOWN HERE WITH GAS I WILL BE WITH THEM FOREVER UNLESS THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALEC WAS THE FIRST ONE TO BRING US GAS SO MANY YEARS AGO SMITHFIELD BRANCH KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
We are a new customer and moved into a new home during the pandemic. Parker has been great. They helped us understand what we needed to do to get ready, they set and installed our tank, and they have been great at helping us understand our needs. I recommend them, and Angie in Smithfield, NC is super!
