BEWARE-Horrible Management & thin walls! Management doesn't care about how loud the upstairs neighbors are. Have lived here for 7 months and just keeps getting worse! People who are above us have 2 labs and sounds like someone is bowling all day everyday... It is really not the people's fault; I blame Management! Why would you move people with 2 large dogs on the top floor, expecially when you know that the walls are soooo thin! Calls EVERYTHING transfer noise.... Constant Disturbance Upstairs, NO Action From Management. Known Problem. Living anywhere is hard when you have noisy neighbors but it is UNACCEPTABLE when management says there is nothing that can be done. From 8am until 10pm (most days) I cannot enjoy my home because of people running and shouting on my ceiling. I made a complaint once and that ended with the manager insulting me! Let me tell you this: NO NOT SIGN A 1 YEAR LEASE! We are leaving as soon as we can and will NEVER tell anyone to rent here.

What A Joke Management doesn't care about how loud the upstairs neighbors are. Calls EVERYTHING transfer noise. I wonder if the guy upstairs at my door at 9pm is transfer noise. When I signed my lease she did not tell me that the upstairs neighbor already had a list of complaints against them, some left by the maintenance crew! Makes complaints of her own when I bring up anything: my sink dripping, my more than RUDE neighbors, or bring in my rent.
