As I have been a patient for many years, the service and professionalism could not be better. The staff is always friendly, caring, and sensitive to all of my concerns. Further, my treatments have been amazingly gentle--unlike some past experiences at other offices. I would certainly recommend this dental office to anyone who's looking for a new dentist.
Parkview Dental Group has a great staff! Ive been coming here for quite some time now and really enjoy it...and thats a lot coming from someone who didnt like the dentist. The customer service is always on top of it, they notify you a month before so you have plenty of time to get your schedule in order, they will even text you or call you to remind me as well! I have been a patient of Parkview Dental for 4 years. Their staffs are all friendly. Jenifer who does teeth cleaning is not only friendly but does great job. Every time she uses lots of time to clean my teeth perfectly. She also give me advices how to brush and clean teeth. They take digital pictures of the teeth and gum to explain the patients of the situation. I replaced my old filling with a beautiful porcelin filling here. I've been coming to parkview dental office to make sure that I take care of my teeth and since they really do a good job my overall dental health is much better when I first came in. They are meticulous at what they do and do what their suppose to do. I would definitely recommend their service to enyone.
The Parkview Dental staff dental staff is very kind and friendly. They adjust to your specific needs when working with your teeth. Whether its sensitivity or pain. I've been to several different Dental offices and this one is the only one that tells you what you are doing wrong with your teeth and how to fix it.
I just had my appt at 3pm today and I have been coming here for years...so many years I don't know when I started actually. Dr. Cho is very friendly and he obviously knows what he is talking about. Not only that, the staff is amazing and the technology in the office is bettter than I've experienced with prior dentists. My family and I have been coming to this dental office for 10 years, and it has always been a great experience. Dr. Cho is wonderful; the front desk staff is courteous and friendly; and the hygenists are great!!!
They are terrific. They do a very thorough job and are gentle at the same time. Very friendly and courteous.
