It's Parkway. There's 3 cellphone stores and a library. That pretty much sums it up. Edit: I decided to adjust my rating after a couple years of investing into the property and attracting new and modern businesses this mall has improved drastically. I grew up in the neighborhood and it's quite impressive to see how much it's changed for the better. Good job Parkway!

I remember the mall as a kid. Used to be an open strip mall anchored by K-Mart and Steinbergs.
