Stopped by Parkway Mall a couple of weeks ago while passing through Scarborough, and it was a pleasant surprise for a mid-size suburban mall. The food court was busy around noon but the Vietnamese pho spot tucked near the east end served a genuinely solid bowl, the kind that holds up against places I've had in much bigger city centres.
