I called 10:30 on a Saturday. My little dog was sick. They close at noon but they stayed late just to see him. Thank you Dr. Tanner!
This is the best place to bring your animal. I have been coming here since 1988 and loved Dr. Evans and now Dr. Wraith. They are kind, knowledgable and love your pet. Never have to wait, they always run on time. I only wish I could find a personal doctor for myself that is as thorough and caring as Dr. Wratih is. Highly recommend this vet hospital.
This is where we take our puppy for her regular vet visits. Dr. Tanner does a great job and is one of the few people I know who's able to handle my dog's energy level and actually calm her down. Random note: the entrance off the main street is a little steep so beware if you drive a lowered car.
We came here twice. When my ,now two year old, chihuahua/yorkie mix Bella broke her leg and when we had to put down my 7 year old husky/australian shepherd mix named Raiderette. Both times they were wonderful and helped out in any way they could. Especially when we had to put down Raiderette. They were there to emotionally support us while going through the difficult time. They were wonderful and I recommend them to anyone deciding to go to them.
If you are looking for a vet who takes a genuine interest in your animals' well being, who is trustworthy and charges a reasonable price, this is your new vet. You can expect to be treated kindly and with respect, and you can also count on good care for your pets. Thank you again for everything!!! They worked late for us so my Marley's splint could be looked at after being turned down at every other place. It was worse(Marley's foot) than I thought...much worse. The skin was breaking down under his splint and that was broken too. It was a true emergency and I wasn't sure how I would pay...$800 two weeks ago and 6 weeks left with the splint, but THEY ARE TRUE ANGELS!!! These people are AMAZING!! I took my two kitties in because they had been hurt in a fight, and Parkway not only fit me in same day, but they were gentle and kind with my babies :) They didn't try to upsell me any vaccines or unwanted medication, were direct and too the best interest of the patients (my kitties). Their fees are really reasonable too, I was expecting twice what they charged! LOVE LOVE LOVE these people!! I will be coming back!
I just moved to the area, so I was looking for a vet closer to my home... Due to the great Yelp reviews, I chose to make an appointment for my little trouble-maker Jack Russell Terrier. Dr. Tanner was very thorough with my Einstein's physical and actually gave me a lot more information than my previous veterinarian whom told me that my dog just has itchy skin with no cause. Excellent vet! We have three dogs and have gone there for more than 3 years. Dr. Wrath and his staff are wonderful! We had to sadly put down our German Shepherd, Beau who was very ill. They were extremely caring, helpful and considerate. They even made donations to the California Veterinary Medical Foundation his his behalf.
