I have purchased 4 new builds in the last 35 years. All purchases were made from “ high end” builders. I have to say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They lied to me about having internet and it took two months to get it installed. I was fortunate enough to have a relative who was able to influence the process. Apparently P&B never coordinated with united communications. My neighbor had to wait 6 months to get internet installed and P&B knew it and didn’t say anything other than it was ready to go. I feel very strongly Partners builds a beautiful home! I have found Jim and Jose lead construction excellent A+++. Shannon well D-. Plus many folks in our community agree. Just not kind or willing to help.l! 2 said today had many problems with SHANNON. Problems though First service W/whom partners hired does not fix issues. Our Person Meagan M.
