5 Star : My Experience The repair job was excellent, but I would appreciate a little more notice about picking up my vehicle. I had zero time to clean the loaner, and I would like to have done that before I returned it.

Reception/Admin stated she would take a picture of area/Mail Drop for after hours keys. She didn’t follow through. I drove to the facility and asked the Hertz Rental Rep to show me. Phillip was very kind and professional.
