I was back to see Dr. Schiff this morning (first patient) to have my stitches removed. The wait time was about 3 minutes, and that was extremely exciting. It took not even 5 minutes and he was done. I said to him that in all my years of going to a dentist it’s the first time that I experienced no pain, no swelling and no bleeding from an extraction. I was the victim of a violent crime which resulted in the need for corrective dental work. My experience left me emotionally traumatized and the prospect of having to have corrective work done to ensure the health of my teeth was not something I was able to easily cope with. Patti did a complete and comfortable cleaning and gave me an antibiotic shot , being very watchful for my health. Dr. Passes checked me and made important recommendations for needed future work.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Tiffany. She brought me on a tour and introduced me to everyone. Everyone was very kind and Dr. Passes walked me through my options and never once did I feel rushed! Well done bc you def. won my business :) looking forward to starting the Invisilign process! My hygienist was very helpful and professional giving me a thorough examination and deep cleaning of my teeth and gums in one quadrant. I look forward to my next appointment with her son December!
