Dr. Passes & his staff were so warm & friendly. Being one of many people who have "dental-phobia" I was very surprised at how much they all put me at ease. Dr. Passes is so well humored, very detailed and honest. He left no question unanswered. He spent as much time as I needed to explain all options for my situation. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist.
This is the first time I have ever been called by a Doctor to welcome me to his practice. The personalized attention was wonderful, I really felt welcomed, my daughter, son- inlay, & my granddaughter are the reason I'm there, the entire staff was excellent. I loved the entire experience, from the front to the back, thank you.

I had to have a cap removed for a filling and a mold made for the permanent cap all during my lunch hour! It amazes me how quickly Dr Passes works with such precision. If you're lucky enough he will serenade you during the procedure! And I can't say enough about his exceptional staff! It's always a pleasure to go to Passes Dental.

All the staff there are great starting with Tiffany who was very polite and professional in making my appointment. I can tell she's a real asset to your firm. Welcoming bag was a very nice touch. Dental staff were all very caring and understanding. Excellent Service!
