A totally enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and informative and made me feel like I was their only concern. I appreciated being informed about everything that was being done by the hygienist and Dr. P during the visit.
While I felt it was an very thorough cleaning and exam, I left with an estimate of almost $1000 in mostly preventive maintenance dental work for me and my daughter. I felt that it shows a lack of understanding that some people are not able to dole out that amount at the drop of a hat. I would have preferred to be presented with an estimate of what MUST be done and a separate estimate for what is considered preventative maintenance. I left feeling very overwhelmed.
It was great. The young lady who did my cleaning let me know that I was in a massage chair. Ever since I have been going to Dr. Passes's office I have had a great exprience. Having a massage chair also, was just "icing on the chair".
This is the way it should be at every drs office ! They hung my coat asked me if I wanted a drink gave me a tour & I was taken right away. Everyone is so nice! I was treated so well! I don't think ive ever had an experience like that before at any Drs office. I would highly recommend this office!
This seriously couldn't have been a better first visit- you thought of everything- the gift bag to keep him occupied in the waiting room, the hygienist explained everything and was so sweet and Dr.sharma was also amazing. I am so happy I took him to Passes for his first visit!
The welcome from the staff was amazing. I felt at home right away and I'm not a fan of the dentist! The entire staff was warm and friendly. Most importantly , they understood my concerns and need to pace the schedule of work.... I look forward to using Passes Dental Care for my future needs! Thank you.
I am usually a nervous wreck when going to the dentist. Throughout the entire visit I was calm. At no point was I scared or worried. I was met with great care and kindness by the staff and dentists. Amazing experience. I could not be more grateful.
Everyone was nice. Made me feel comfortable as I don't like going to dentist.
As always, fast, friendly, and professional service. My favorite office!
