The hygienist and fill in dentist made a very big deal about an existing condition that I've know about for years and your office was aware of from my last visit. While I appreciate the thoroughness and concern it was something your office and I were both aware of and are monitoring. It was a little uncomfortable and a bit of a waste of time to have to go over the entire issue again.
I really appreciated that you "squeezed" me in when I called complaining about a tooth ache.
