I got my teeth cleaned by Patty. She was very rough with my mouth. Also, I found her condescending for a young woman, telling me that she was talking to me like a family member/mom and sort of scolding me. She was too touchy feely and familiar after I left the chair and walked me to the desk.

I am very upset that it was not made clear to me that the price of the retainers was not included in the price of overall Invisalign treatment, particularly given that these retainers were presented as a non-optional component of the orthodontic work. As usual, Dr. Passes provides remarkable almost pain-free dentistry. Because the tooth he worked on this time was in a hard-to-reach place, time in the chair was very long. However, his caring and light-hearted attitude made the entire process better. I also appreciate being able to listen to music of my choice--Italian opera.
