I had tried 2 different lenders and met Pati through the buyer of my home. She helped the buyer buy the home I was selling when it appeared that the deal was going to fall through. Then when my lender who was helping me buy my new home had too many restrictions that caused my new home to fall through, Pati helped me buy a completely different home in 20 days that is way better anyways than the existing deal with a different lender. My experience with Ms. Patti has been outstanding. She always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. She gave me tips on what I need to do to get my credit in order, and always made me feel as if she was working with me exclusively! Patti was very knowledgeable about current buyer incentives programs as well. I recommend her to everyone!
