I was having trouble with my oxygen concentrator and they stopped by quickly to check it out. It continued to give me trouble so they swapped it out for a new one. Thanks for all your help.

Unable to reach Campbellsville office most of the time. Calls transferred to Lexington. New orders required multiple calls from my Pylmonologist office and myself
