Josh Thompson spent two hours with us. Very well spoken, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Answered our questions, was flexible, and of course, friendly. Recommended. The sunroom has proven to be a great success and we're in it most every morning. We admire the quality of the installation, done by Juan and Carol. They were friendly, responsive and hardworking. Josh Thompson was awesome. He gave us the enclosure that we wanted and the price was less than what we expected. He is not a pressure salesman only stating the facts of a great product. We love our screen porch! Design and installation were affordable, quick, and of good quality. My neighbors have already stopped by to check it out and are envious that our patio looks "finished." And of course, my two cats are convinced we had it built just for them!
Entire process was smooth and communications were great. Staff personnel, i.e. sales, support and installation, all were fully engaged and worked closely to deliver the end result. Overall, great result and experience.
I would rate this whole experience as good to excellent. From the time Josh Thompson came by and showed me what was available through Pamela at the office and the professional installers I honestly have no complaints. I wish this standard of customer service was available more often
