Very easy to comply with distancing. Very short wait. Preregistration helped.
First time patient and the experience was a good one. Front desk was very helpful,friendly and professional, i was impressed on how they are handling the distancing ,they are really taking all measures of protection for the patients well being. DR. Maeso was great. Got right to the point. I called her MA next day regarding a medication question ,and she called me back imediately and was very helpful. Thank you Oralia. Great team all together.
I haven’t seen Dr. Maeso in person since 2013, but I had a tele-appointment with her yesterday after a “hot spot” appeared near my vocal cords during a pet scan. Her assistant, Oralia, gathered my information and was so professional in doing so, for Dr. Maeso to review, then implemented the FaceTime interview with ease. We all agreed that I will wait until COVID is flattened before coming to their office, which hopefully be in about 6 weeks. I trust Dr. Maeso with my life, and have referred many people to her.
