The loan agent Erica Hart did not make time to answer questions about the loan. She told me I could not change the demographics information on my loan which is untrue. She told me there was no such thing as a no cash out option versus a limited Cash out option loan. Which is not true. I really considered backing out of the process because of her customer service.
