Well my Vehicle had some issues hopefully I can get them Solved and taken care of when I received the Vehicle other than that it's ok I just hope the warranty can care of the issues
Service was great. I'll continue to use Patriot service department as long as I own a GM vehicle.
Fast service and friendly
I had an oil change, tire rotation and a multi-point inspection. However, they apparently did not notice that I had two tires going bad. While driving the next day, I noticed that there was a lot of vibration. Thinking I had a tire out of balance, I took the car to my preferred service center to get it looked at. I ended up replacing all four tires because two of them had uneven wear and were about to fail because of internal belt separation.
Fast and didn't make a big mess.

They did come and pick up my vehicle because it was absolutely not running right. I told them that is was acting like it was gonna die chugging bad. He told me after they looked at it that in the newer vehicles it does this sometimes because it doesn't know what gear it should be in I may be a woman but I'm not a stupid woman. I have never in my life heard of that. You pay good money for a vehicle it better know what gear it should be in. Not a happy customer.
