Since I don't think I received a survey about how your services were for me, I will post them Here. I'm 76, diabetic, neuropathy, I had a piece of metal between my toes, got infected. Operation, sent home. Had to see the womb Doc and Patriot home care every week. After 6 months of treatment, Dr Barak said I was very lucky I didn't lose my toe or foot. I said NO, thanks to him and the Care I got from Patriot, I was Lucky.. 3 months after the operation, I passed out going up 2 steps with my son, fell backwards, busted my head... read more

The therapists and nurses are competent, encouraging and kind. We have had other companies in our home. If we need home care again, we would ask for Patriot. Thank you for the help you gave us.

We are so thankful for all of the help we get from Patriot. The employees are all so helpful. My wife has MSA and is unable to get out. Thanks again for your help.

My wife had colon surgery and the hospital tried to select a home health care company. Please remember it is the patients choice and we were pleased to have selected Patriot. Their nursing support led by Trisha Mauro, Susan, Greg, and Jennie were great with my wife's recovery. Our best wishes to Patriot !
