Very proficient office. They now make crowns and bridges in house without using a lab. Their final product is better.
A total disaster
I live in NY but Dr Caputo is my dentist, always thought Dr Caputo was a gentle nice person and a good dentist . I even put a great review for him a couple of years ago calling him a gentle soul. Well I was miserably mistaken. I have bondings on my front teeth and came to learn that it does not hold and has nothing to do which dentist does it. Not one to complain .I have know dr Caputo whom I find to be a fine gentlemen. Been going 3. + years . I believe he has done what no other doctor could .and for that I am ever great full. That said today had to be the worst experience that I have had in a very long . I think it is rude when brush off of what I’m try to articulate. Next dr comes in ( seems annoyed ) says can reschedule. He if in am to much trouble let know .Looking for trustworthy dentist and staff which I thought I had Good Jim
Office staff is somewhat friendly.. definitely a facility who care just about money. They have a sign right up front to receive $20 credit to leave a great review.. who wouldn’t want to leave a review. Dr Caputo is an absolute airhead. Cares only about money and likes to change the plan of care suddenly and unexpected to get more money... everything needs a root canal even a minor fix. Never trust a doctor who admits not trusting themselves. In God we trust Dr Caputo ;) Karma is amazing!
We spent $9000.00 something on dentures that did not work.
Dr Caputo wasn’t my regular dentist. I drove from Tampa to be treated by him. I was searching for a doctor who could address my need for implants, a year long process in upwards of $10,000 to $12,000. I needed 2 implants and a bridge to cover 3 teeth. I saw 3 doctors before choosing Dr Caputo. Although location was not optimal, I drove the distance. Front office staff, clinical staff and more importantly Dr Caputo, were all extremely welcoming.
