I was able to ask questions and get quick responses. Anything that I was unsure of they gave me great information and lots of resources. We were able to close in 3 weeks instead of 5. Paul and Brent fought to make the entire process super easy and get me what I needed. I can still contact them about anything. They made this a personal experience and not make me feel like I was just another number for them to make money off of. Paul helped with everything I needed quick and professionally. We got the loan amount, interest rate, and payment I wanted rather easily. His assistant Brent Martinez was great as well. Brent was there anytime of the day to help with everything I needed to complete the loan process via email, text and phone calls. Even for the smallest of questions, he always got back to me extremely quick. Overall great experience.
