Very much appreciated everything Paul and Brent did for us. The only disappointing aspect of the process was that I did not know that if we didn’t have all of my VOEs in by the deadline, we would lose our interest rate status. If I had known we were going to have to pay a $4k penalty, I would have put more pressure on the office manager I was talking to for that last signature. We are still happy to have been able to refinance. Brent is an exceptionally charismatic and wonderful person!!!!!!!
