Paul did an excellent job communicating with us and answering all of our questions. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic closed his office, Paul still got us information when requested. My wife and I are have non-traditional schedules so Paul made himself available during evening hours and weekends and was quick to fix any issues that came up.
