The words "above and beyond" are a cliche, but they are the best words for Paul when my wife and I bought our first home. The information and support alone would merit a 5-star review, but for Paul it was just a start. Paul made himself available during escrow, and even reached out to the seller to make sure the deal went through. Two years later, he designed a refinance that cut our payments more than $400 a month. Paul is a true professional, and we were lucky to have him.

Paul is a "can do', think outside the box person. We have used him numerous times to make property deals happen and he always tell us how we "can do" something, rather than what we "can't do" (which my husband and I have experienced at times with other loan officers). We can always get ahold of him and he responds. He has a good team that are professional and timely. We highly recommend him and will keep using him to fulfil our financial goals through purchasing and refinancing 4-plexes.

Paul is fantastic! As first-time home buyers, he not only helped us, but educated us every step of the way so we were completely comfortable with the decisions we were making and happy with the loan we were getting.
