Paul stepped in and saved our deal when another lender dropped the ball. He was able to get an appraisal in a matter of a few days and hold the transaction together on a not so straightforward loan and close very fast! I was very impressed with Paul communication throughout the transaction via text and phone calls and I was the REALTOR representing the other party.
