Excellent dental office Today, I had my teeth cleaned by Teresa, who is very knowledgeable and very nice. She has cleaned my teeth several times and I've been very satisfied each time. I have also been treated by Dr. Allen, including having a root canal, and I feel he is an excellent dentist. In addition, Tasha and Cassandra are very good at the front desk. I've had a lot of dental work over the years and the treatment I've received in this office has been as good or better as I've ever experienced.
I have mild dental needs, which never go past needing a bi-yearly cleaning. I love my hygienist, Katie. She's always super friendly and gentle. I never, ever have to wait when I come into the office, which I love. They're never over-booked and the staff is all knowledgeable. I also love that they send you reminder emails and texts.
Kind and caring office While I truly appreciate the "pain free" aspect of all procedures, I am especially grateful for the time that the front desk ladies spend finding appointments that are convenient for me and for their efforts with the tedious chore of insurance planning. Their accuracy has been impressive and appreciated.
and I hate going to the dentist!!! I had a good experience. I have major anxiety issues and usually get very upset during my appointments. The dental hygenist was extremely accomodating and understanding, as well as Dr. Allen.
Cleaning Dr. Allen, Katie and the entire staff are top notch.
Teresa Blair is very professional and does her job well. All the staff is friendly and efficient. My husband and I have been with Dr. Allen for many years and will continue to be his patients.
